Stonewall Community Foundation’s micgrogrants program is designed to provide assistance to LGBTQ people who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and who are unable to access other means of support or financial aid. These grants are intended for people who do not qualify for unemployment insurance, Federal CARES Act aid, or other forms of support because of the nature of their work or because of their immigration status.
One-time grants of $500 will be made to individuals who meet either of the following criteria:
- young LGBTQ people who lack family support
- LGBTQ people involved in survival economies, with a prioritization of undocumented people, people of color, TGNCNB people, and people involved in the sex trades
